Servers represent us from the time guests are seated to the time they leave. We are seeking a warm, welcoming person who knows the menu, helps the guest feel comfortable, and ties the visit together in a way they makes guests want to return frequently.




Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do:

Make all of our guests feel comforle and let them know you are there to take care of them
Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs
Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy
Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system
Keep the dining spaces clean and presenle
Communicate regularly with your les and anticipate their needs
Go above and beyond guests expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Qualifications

You need to be:

A person who loves authentic Italian food and has the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as a part of a team. You also will be comforle standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 25 pounds. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work weekends and some holidays.
