Among the responsibilities of this position:
Prepares and stocks all items necessary for the salad and dessert stations.
Portions food products according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Prepares all salad orders.
Prepares all dessert orders.
Handles, stores, labels and rotates all food products properly.
- Minimum 2 year of working in a fast paced kitchen
- Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
- Excellent communication skills are also required - Positive, professional and dependable
